Description:
Bump Apache Ant to a version:
- compatible with the one embedded with the Maven Antrun Plugin,
- and embedding the activation of the Nashorn compatibility mode for the JavaScript engine 'GraalVM' (~~PETALSDISTRIB-475~~)
Such a version is 1.10.9
