[#PETALSDISTRIB-141] Add a shared library providing JDBC driver for PostgreSQL - Petals Link JIRA

Description:

The Petals SE Activiti available with Petals ESB Enterprise 4.3.0 can be used with a database running on PostgreSQL server.

So a shared library embedding the right JDBC driver is required to be injected into Petals SE Activiti.
