[#PETALSCDK-17] Add asynchronous client API for notifications - Petals Link JIRA

Description:

Some notifications tasks can be handled asynchronously by the CDK. I suggest to add an AsyncSender in the CDK so that component implementations can get this asynchronous client to work with the notifications without any additional code need.
