    In the same way that it is possible to invoke operations and modify attributes in the Bootstrap of a component before it is installed, it should be possible for a component implementation to define operations and attributes that can be invoked and modified at runtime.

    For example, the reloadPlaceholders operation is such an operation available to all components.
