Align meaning of timeToLive for sendAsync with timeout for container's sendSync

    When setting the timeToLive of the AsyncContext used for a sendAsync, one should be able to set it to "-1" to mean "use the default value of the consumes or of the CDK".

    Currently it is not possible.
