The MEP declared in the Message interface in the CDK API are the old deprecated MEP of the form http://www.w3.org/2004/08/wsdl/... instead of http://www.w3.org/ns/wsdl/...

The new ones should be used instead.

Normally this shouldn't change anything in client code as only the value is changed.

We can support the old one through the use of EasyWSDL (see ~~EASYWSDL-22~~)
