    Using the generic service, we should be able to create the remote directory when using operations 'put' and 'mput'.

    The creation of the remote directory will be controled by a new parameter provided in the XML payload: connection/create-folder. Default value 'false'.

    The creation of the remote directory has no sens using service unit because an expected service provider should do this.
