Add the capability to validate the generation of a HTTP request that has no HTTP body

    'assertJBIRequestJSON' validates the generation of a HTTP request having a JSON HTTP body, 'assertJBIRequestXML' validates the generation of a HTTP request having a XML HTTP body, but we have no assertion to validates the generation of a HTTP request having no HTTP body.

    Please add it: 'assertJBIRequestEmpty'.
