As in Petals BC SOAP, add a status page available as 'http://<bc-rest-host>:<bc-rest-port>' displaying some information as:

component configuration:

embedded HTTP server configuration: host, port,

embedded HTTP client configuration: timeouts,

list available resources deployed with a link to call the API (see PETALSBCREST-80)
