WSDL of BC FileTransfer service providers import the definition of XML Mime from Internet W3C web-site using HTTP.

Now, the W3C web-site is forcing a HTTPS redirect to get this XSD, but Java forbids changing protocol. So the import URL must be adjusted to use HTTPS
