when a su using remote XML artefacts (import/includes...) is deployed :
1) download remote xml artefact
2) if download fails : try to use local version if any (offline mode)
3) if download succeeds :
a) if not in local xml catalog, store it locally,
b) ft present in local catalog (key is target namespace), ensure that the remote artefact is identical to local version, otherwise raise an error, and ask for a manual xml catalog flush
An administrative command must be issued to flush the local XML catalog.
This feature must be added on the Easy* stack! Not only Easywsdl is concerned.
